Follow this easy guide and enjoy the video. Get better framerates when streaming from the New 3DS. Show Ignored Content. The big question for me is how these settings work on the Pokemon games. However, I also tried it with Bravely Default, which gave me the same frame rate loss problem, so I don't think the problem is specific to the game. I do use the NFC patch to enable the streaming in the first place. Any lower, and the video quality would be unacceptably low, even if the frame rate were more stable.
I brought them down as low as I can without significantly recducing the video quality, to no avail. As far as Snickerstream goes, I thought that if I lowered the graphical settings that perhaps it might improve the frame rate. Second, even when I disable every other wireless device in the home, Snickerstream still has a bad frame rate, so I'm pretty sure it's not a bandwidth issue with the router. First, none of the other wireless devices I've connected to the router have had any difficulty accessing the internet, including streaming via a PS4. I don't think the problem is with the router or settings for two reasons. It connects to the router easily enough, but with poor frame rate. I have a wireless router a couple feet from where I use the n2DS to stream the video. My guess is that the problem is with Snickerstream.
Do you have a suggestion on how to improve the frame rate stability? I'm unaware of any recent changes that might have affected this. It'll be fine at fps for a little while, then crash to fps for several seconds, until stabilizing again. After months of having no problems, the frame rate has recently been extremely jumpy.
